A Life After CFS
-
I spent 15 years losing the battle against Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Six years ago I found treatment that worked for me, and now . . . . . I am making a comeback.

Ncubator ~ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
-
What kind of name is Ncubator? Well, one that's spelled wrong, yes, I know that. But I used to have a website by that name in a past life, and I like it.
So what does an Ncubator do, anyway? It protects and nurtures fragile life, strengthens it and helps it to grow.
A life with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a fragile life indeed. Needs lots of protection and nurturing. But though we may be ill and often isolated, it helps to keep in mind that none of us are alone.
If I have a core message, it is this: Health and restoration are possible. Hope is essential.
What's Inside

There are some beautiful, well-organized, informative websites out there that deal with CFS / CFIDS / ME. And I have links to some of them for you.
This website isn't like that. Not organized and tidy. Maybe more like an afternoon rap session with a friend. (I told my husband I wanted a Carping & Complaining Section but he didn't think that sounded right.)
I don't do much in a logical, linear way. Usually, I can't come up with a title for an article till after the whole thing is written, for the simple reason that I don't know what it is until I've written it. I think in mosaics, that swirl from one feature to another and back again until the whole picture appears.
I suspect that me doing a website will be roughly the same as me putting a title to an article. I will be aware of each piece when it occurs to me, plug it in as it appears to me, and then, we'll see what we've got.
Think of me as a place to go on the days when concentration is hard, and some of the other sites are too difficult to take in. Maybe you might think of me as a friend to drop in on.
Settle in, and make yourself at home. Jody
